• Hello,

I have problem with posting comment. I get 405 error.
“HTTP 405 – Method Not Allowed
This website does not allow this method.”
    Had somebody the same problem?
    Thank you.

405 errors often arise with the POST method. You may be trying to introduce some kind of input form on the Web site, but not all ISPs allow the POST method necessary to process the form.

All 405 errors can be traced to configuration of the Web server and security governing access to the content of the Web site, so should easily be explained by your ISP.

Hi. Thank you on reply. I know what was problem. I didn’t put text in comment box. Now I have new question. When you don’t put valid email, or other info or you didn’t put comment in IE you are redirected to “Error: please enter a valid email address.” but in FF you are redirected to “HTTP 500 – Internal Server Error
The server responded with an error page.”

Is there any plugin to make it work like in IE or some other fix for this problem? How I see this is problem for all in WP.

    Thank you in advanced.

    With regards.

It’s not a problem for all WP installs, which implies it’s how your server was set up.

Is there any custom fix for that or server need to be setup properly?
