    We have inspected that you have put the shortcode in an h3 tag under a div which is set a width value of 33% on mobile view. If you can set the width value of the div to 100% so that the carousel can get the full width, the carousel will look good and the issue will be resolved.
    And to set 3 column on mobile view, there is an option in the GENERAL SETTINGS tab in the plugin.
