Duplicate Post successfully clones a page with the correct Wicked Folders category, but…it then navigates to the parent folder.

    Example
    – I’m in folder ABC
    – clone page XYZ

    Result
    – XYZ clone is assigned to folder ABC, but..
    – the page list is refreshed to the parent folder

Is there any way to force the page refresh to stay in folder ABC?

    Thx

  • Hi @imincognito,

Do you see a “folder” parameter in the URL? If so, try clicking on Pages in the admin menu. That should remove the folder parameter from the URL so that when you clone a page, it will remain in the same folder.

    Hi @imincognito

Is it this plugin? Could you provide us with the exact steps to try and reproduce this issue with the Wicked Folder plugin and the Yoast Duplicate Post plugin?

Also, please do try the solution suggested by @wickedplugins as it seems like that should do the trick. Thanks for your assistance!

@wickedplugins – thx for stepping in on this one, but I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “clicking on Pages in the admin menu”…

Having said that, I didn’t change anything, but now it seems to be working…
