Post Categroy Shortcode Help

My theme is TwentyFourteen. I am trying to find a way to display the category of the post inside the post. For example, let’s say my categories are Hot, Cold and Warm. Inside a post that listed under Hot I am trying to get the category to show at the bottom of the post like: “Category: Hot”

Is there a plugin that offers a shortcode for this? I can do it manually but it will take ages.
