post category not showing in output

When I create a custom post category, there is no option to “Show in rest” – true or false. I think its false as default, that is why category is not showing for custom taxonomy archive page.
Look at this page – https://uniquesweb.co.in/collection/collection-categories/icons/ , I have added “Post Categories” block in the template, after the “Post Date” block, but its not showing their.
Also in query loop block, I am not able to see any category field in the Settings Panel if I choose a custom post type created.

It looks like you are using a single post shortcode in an archive template.
