Post carousel not working

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to do a post carousel, which is working fine in the WP beta editor, but i can’t seem to make it show right on live website. (the carousel just don’t show up)

I also get this in my console log when I inspect the page :

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
at HTMLDocument. ((index):461:13)

I’m working in a theme child of RAFT, the post carousel didn’t worked either with the parent theme.
