“Post by Email” doesn’t work

Jetpack version 4.3.2

I have some problem trying to post via e-mail;
I send a e-amil to the address *****@post.wordpress.com, if the subject and content have only 1 word all works correctly, but if I write more then one word, and attaching an image the post does not arrive.

Someone can help me, please?
