Post by Email always in draft, not automatically published

I have tried some emails.
If I send without any image attachments, the post will be in published mode automatically.

If I send with image attachments, the post will be in draft mode.

Any advise, Jeremy?

I ran some tests using the images you had attached to some of your last emails, and I couldn’t reproduce the issue.

The problem could be caused by your server settings; it might be worth checking the maximum upload size as suggested here:

Could you try to change that value by following the instructions in the post, and let me know if that helped?

Hey I am having the same issue. When an email is sent without images, it is published immediately but when there are attachments, it comes in as a draft with the image(s) attached. How do I make it so every emailed post is published automatically?

Hey! Actually, the post is getting published! However, in the admin interface in “All Posts” it’s marked as Draft, while on the edit page, it’s marked as “Published”. Weird! Would you still like details on this?
