post-boxes-wrap opacity

  • I would like to have the post-boxes-wrap with 50% opacity (bottom image) and the text at 100% opacity.
    Hover mouse and click, both the image and the text opacity to 100% without, I tried to work in the css but I can not make it work, can someone help me?
