post box dissapears after loading

  • The post and page box dissapears after loading when I create a new post or page and when I try to edit a page or post.I can see it for about a half of a second.

    Any Ideas?
    This began after I upgraded to 3.4.
    I have re installed 3.4 twice
    I have tried empting the WP cache.
