• I have a site set up with two Admins and a bunch of Authors. Comments should be moderated by admins only.

    Now, I thought that if you checked “An administrator must always approve the comment” + “E-mail me whenever: A comment is held for moderation”, this would send comment moderation mails to the admin adress (in Settings > General). I didn’t think it would send these mails to post authors with the Author role, who don’t have the “moderate_comments” right anyway.

    Yet Authors get these mails + they seem to be able to moderate comments on their own posts. Is it supposed to work like this? Can I change it?
