Post Author name missing zerif lite theme

Hello,

I have a simple website running Zerif lite theme and in the past few days (I suspect it happened after the last theme update) the name of the post’s author on the site’s blog is not displaying any more. I have three authors on the site, and up until now their name was always next to the date and time when the post was published and if you clicked the name it would redirect you to the author’s page. Now all this is gone and I have no clue how to get it back?
