Post author can disable the comments

We’re really sorry but there is no way to do this. Besides this does not have any relation to the wpDiscuz.

WOW! Doesn’t have any relation to wpDiscuz?
Isn’t this a comment plugin where users can comment besides they can moderate the comments from frontend, such as edit, edit or delete their comments?

In your first post you meant “Post author”. Now you’re mentioning “comment author”. Please see my answers for both below:

1. Post/Article Authors can disable the comment section for their articles in the edit post screen, this doesn’t have any relation to wpDisucz. This option comes with WordPress, please see it on the screenshot:

2. Comment authors can delete their comments and manage their data using the “Comment Author and Settings” button. Please read the documentation here:
