Post Association with Duplicate Post Names

Hi, when selecting the translated post from the post edit screen, I’m presented with a search box. When I search for a page title, all the matches appear beneath the box as an autofill.

I have a site that has multiple pages with the same name as child posts. In it’s current state, the posts are indistinguishable from one another. Is there any way that I can display the full page path or select translated pages a different way?
