Post articles from blog to Yahoo/Google mailing list

Hi,

It is a very simple problem, but I didn’t find a solution yet: every time I post an article on my blog, the article to be posted, automatically, on a specific Yahoo or Google mailing list where I am the owner and moderator. Is it there any solution, including a plugin that do this?
