Post archive: “No more posts to load” – yet there are

    Hi Anders, Chaplin is a top theme, thanks. Ever since the recent update my post archive shows ‘no more posts to load’ when I scroll down to the bottom of the list; yet there are 100+ still to show. This happens irrespective of whether the Theme Options >> Post Archive >> Pagination Type is set to load more on Click; or load more on Scroll; or Previous/Next page links. In fact, it doesn’t matter which of these three options I choose and activate — it defaults back to the ‘Load More’ button at the bottom.

    Hi @nicocoetzee,

    The most recent version Chaplin update didn’t make any changes to the pagination, and the demo site (also running 2.6.8) doesn’t have any issues with the pagination.

    Have you made any changes directly to the Chaplin theme files? If so, those changes were overwritten when the update was installed. Another possibility is that there’s a plugin conflict.

    Thanks Anders. You are correct. I found the culprit. The Move Comments plugin should have been disabled. It strips the formatting from posts when updating; and causes the abovementioned ‘nothing left to load’ when viewing the post archive. Resolved and closed ??
