post and pages dosnt show up (updated to 3.3.2)

ok, this is strange.. after upgrading to 3.3.2 i cant see my post and my pages on theme or at the admin panel.

some information shows, like links and if i create a new page / post it will show up.

i checkt the tabel in wp_posts in phpmyadmin, and it read/write new stuff to/from database, but it wont load older stuff..

i tried to disable all the plugins, change themes, repair database even created a new map with clean wp to make sure but nothing.

suggestions..?
