post and not having to show up related pictures from gallery

Hello not sure if this is the right forum but I would like to see if there is a way to remove related pictures when looking at a post. Normally I post something related to my little girl but I do not want to show up all the other 50+ thumb pictures at the bottom of the post.

I tried different themes looks like all do the same.
