    I want each post to be like this structur

    basic structure:
    you need to put each post into a div, with fixed width and height, floated left.

    as this needs to fit into your existing theme, there is not much more to suggest, unless you post a link to your site, illustrating the current status of your theme; and you will probably need to post the code of the template that you want to change (paste the code into a https://pastebin.com/ and post the link to it here)

    in the meantime, have a look into the code of free magazine style themes, to see haw they get the design done.
