POST admin-ajax 400 error

    Hi Guys

    Ive just moved from YITH Abandoned Cart to yours as all the emails from YITH gets spammed, your works straight away so will be buying for our stores BUT before I do I just need to know, after a lot of tracing the source, with your plugin activated i have a console error in the checkout process below

    POST https://indycoffee.guide/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 400

    why is your plugin throwing this error?

    Hi,

    First of all, I am sorry that you faced such an issue on your site due to our plugin. Thank you for pointing out this issue.

    I have checked your site but I am not able to see this error message in the console log. Once I have tried to abandon a cart the AJAX of our plugin was not called on the checkout page. So, can you please let me know our plugin is deactivated on your site?

    I have also tried to replicate this issue on our staging server. I have checked the site in the Chrome and Firefox browser as a guest user and logged-in user. But I am unable to see the error message which you have shared with us while checkout process.

    Can I know which version of WooCommerce and WordPress is running on your site? Also, let me know which browser you are using to check the console log error message?
