Post 2 email: image as featured image?

    There is not a way to set a featured image using Post By Email right now, but that’s a great idea! We will look into adding that as a feature in the future.

    You might also look into a way to set “Post types” and custom fields.

    Edit: just a suggestion – maybe just use the first img attachment and that’s it…

    We don’t have an ETA yet.

    In the meantime, you could use another plugin to automatically grab the first image attachment and make it a Featured image.
