• Hi, I was creating a copy of the WP file manager files to download, my mouse malfunctioned and it looks like it MOVED everything into the new folder. The website site then closed and now I am not able to log in, I am getting ‘Forbidden – you don’t have permission to access / on this server.’

How can I log-in to move all these files back?!
How can I undo do what I have done? Any suggestions?

This sites management has been passed around, and unfortunately the details are scarce, but I do know that the IP is through GoDaddy, the site was created through www.remarpro.com, and I believe hosted by them as well. but In my ignorance I do not know a way to confirm without logging in. I was asked to login and make a back up, and well, this is what happened.

    Any help would be appreciated!

You can move the files back using FTP or the file manager in your hosting control panel. www.remarpro.com DOES NOT HOST websites for users. Your site seems to be sitting in the Google cloud, though your host might be GoDaddy.

Once you have your site recovered, do not use a file manager plugin for backups. There are many fine backup plugins in the repository. I usually use “backwpup”.
