Good plugin with a rough start

  • Love working with the free version, decided to upgrade, but had a rough time activating it due to unclear documentation.
    Plugin itself works great, that’s why I upgraded in the first place ??

    Sorry, @abelfinance. Have you downloaded, but having the issue to activate? Could you tell us the name you used on the ticket? We are not seeing any other report like the license activation issue, so we will surely take a deep look very seriously.

    Beside Corona crisis, we are having a national holiday, still, the team is working around the clock, balancing between time zone, still, we are very sorry if faced slow support, but you need to understand, we all are human. But we are always here to help.

    Well, I have just replied back to the support request you have created (which was just an hour ago). Anyways, you didn’t have the PRO version installed on your site, hence you are not able to activate it. I have given more details and instructions on the ticket.

    Please check and let me know how it goes. Besides, this 1* review is very unfair. So, It would be great if you consider changing it.
