    There’s plenty out there. However, since this isn’t a WP related question, don’t expect much (if any) help.

    As TechGnome said ,what you are looking for is non-WP related, the closest thing you will find that is WP related is what I guess are called “shout boxes” which is a live chat type feature, there are several plugins that accomplish this.
