possible used for custom post types?

This is exactly what I’m wondering too.

Any recommendations you can give for this? Should it be easy to do or is the plugin not setup for changing to allow this functionality.

Currenty free version does not have such feature but in pro version you can use custom post type to send email when custom post type publish.
