Possible to use only on certain notifications?

Hi there – this plugin looks great, but it seems (to me) that you create one template and then apply it to a particular plugin for notifications.

I’d like to use this with Gravity Forms, but only on certain notification. Is there a way to restrict the template to only work on some notifications, or will it always apply to all of them?
