Possible to sync users instantly?

Hi, I had install this plugin on 2 of my wordpress site and it is syncing the new users correctly from Site 2 to Site 1. However, there is a delay about 5 minutes after user log in to Site 2…. for the user to be created in Site 1.
Is it possible to trigger the new user to be created and sync cookie immediately in Site 1 when he first log in Site 2?
