Possible to see issues highlighted while resolving them?

Hi Yoast team,

When I am resolving readability issues I do the following.
1) Click the eyeball button
2) Go to highlighted text and start amending
3) Go back to click the eyeball button
4) Go back up to highlighted text and amend again

This process has to keep repeating because the highlighted areas for all sections automatically disappear when you amend any one section of the text.

Is there a way to keep the highlights on?
