Possible to reverse To/From?

    Hello,

    I have a business that repairs products… so I need to give my customers a shipping label addressed TO me, and not FROM me.

    I notice that in the premium version, I can manually change “To” to “From” and vice versa, but the label still isn’t really usable because the “To” address is then smaller than the “From” address.

    Do you have an option to set MY address as the permanent TO address, and the customer’s address from their order as the FROM address?

    Hi,

    Not sure what you meant by “To address is smaller than the From Address, But if you meant the font size you have the option to change the font size of both as well. Expand the from address section and the option to change the font will be visible, you can increase or decrease the font value.

    My question is the same as alchambers. I need MY address to be the TO address because I plan on sending out return shipping labels with products. Is this possible? Thanks! Jason
