Possible to rate custom taxonomies

You can rate terms belonging to any taxonomy: category, tag or any custom taxonomy.

Possible only in pro version?

No, Free version can do that too. But, you need to manually add rating blocks with proper rating type and term ID. Knowledge Base has information on rating functions.
