Possible to pre-select and lock location?

Is it possible to have the location for all items in the cart pre-selected and locked in before the product selection begins?

Our client would like a scenario where we lock the location in before people begin shopping, and then only those products available in that location would be able to be ordered.

So, let’s say we have a page that lists several farmer’s markets where products can be picked up. Currently, we can link the options to a location taxonomy page (/locations/name-of-location) where the user sees products available at the selected location. But, then when you go to the product page, either multiple locations are displayed as options or none are displayed, and you might be selecting products not available in the selected location. There is also currently an option to select the location at checkout and have it apply to all items in the cart. The problem is that they may have already selected items that aren’t available at the location they selected.

We would like it so the selected location filters all available options at the outset. When the user clicks through to view the product, no location options would be given and the location they chose would be automatically entered into the product selection. There would be no possibility of selecting a product or product variant that is not available in the pre-selected location.

On checkout, the location would be automatically filled in and would not be able to be altered. No mixing of locations would be allowed.

(Ideally, there would be a single button to reset the location and the shopping cart and start all over with location selection.)

How would we go about doing this with Stock Locations for WooCommerce?
