Possible to place WP_query-loop in popup without Shortcode Ultimate?

Hi and thanks for the nice plugin.
Is it possible to place a WP_query-loop in a popup? I achieved this using Shortcode Ultimate at first, but suddenly the admin bar on the front end and some js functionality disappeared, which was fixed by removing the Shortcode Ultimate plugin. Is there another way to get loop in a popup?Thanks for replies!

thanks for your reply. I found another plugin to place a loop-shortcode in the popups: Custom Content, which works.
I nevertheless wonder what might have been the problem with Shortcode Ultimate…Uli
