Possible to Modify for Mail Poet

Hi,

I really like your simple follow me plugin. It’s the only one around that is subtle but effective.

I am currently using the Mail Poet newsletter plugin. Is it possible to modify this plugin to communicate with Mail Poet instead of Feedburner.
