Possible to make "recent posts" tab the default?

You can see at https://www.lisa-jeffries.com/2014/06/02/what-ive-been-up-to-may-edition/ that my bio is duplicated in the starbox and under the starbox content. To fix this, is it possible to make the Starbox “latest posts” tab the default tab shown instead of the “about” tab?
