I have created a column with a background image and a linked heading inside it however I cannot seem to get the link to span the entire surface of the column area. I have tried all the CSS I could think of but nothing seems to work.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @tanyaslogos,

Unfortunately, as of now, there is no such option to make the entire column clickable. But I would love to take this as a suggestion.

I’ll put forward your thought about this to our team and if feasible we will try to improve the scenario in our future updates.

If you have any further queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Regards,

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply – that would be great if you could implement this as the only way I have found to make the entire “columns, container or cover block” clickable in Gutenberg is to write the code in custom HTML or edit an existing block in HTML which removes the simplicity of Gutenberg for customers.

I can make the text inside the block clickable but can’t get it to display as a block due to the structure of the code.

Thanks so much and again I appreciate your time! ??

    Sincerely,
    Tanya

Yes, I have added it to our to-do list and have forwarded it to our concerned team.
