    Hi.

I’m not sure if this is the plugin for this request, but I want to make sure.
Basically client wants a page with a bunch of videos that is only accessible via portal. So you need to create a user and log in to be able to view.

Basically what I see from this is every user gets their own specific page, where I need for ALL of the users to just see one specific page.

Does this make sense and is this doable? I see where there is “default content on private pages” and this is almost there, but it would need to be the normal entry content window instead of just this small one.

  • Hello @garyupham,

Yes, this is possible, but you’ll have to use Profile Builder, too. In this way, you’ll have your registration and login form, also the Client Portal Page.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I could help you with.

    Kind regards,

I get that. What I don’t get is how to make the universal page. I only see the “default contnet on private pages” for the settings on the user pages, but that’s it.

    Hello @garyupham,

Thank you for the extra info. Now I understand what you wish to achieve. Client Portal works for private pages only, but you could create a simple page to which all of your users could have access. On that page, your client could post anything he wants.

With Profile Builder you could make your website private as well, so only registered users could have access to it.

    With regards,

How would I create a simple page to which all logged in users could access?

That is definitely what I am asking for. I don’t see anything in the backend with this plugin to accomplish this.

I have created this file in my theme folder, but it doesn’t work.

    single-private-page.php

    Hello @garyupham,

You can create a normal page and to use the content restriction function –

    https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder-2/general-settings/content-restriction/#Activating_Content_Restriction

More specifically – “Display for: logged in users”. So in order to access that page, you need to be logged in first.

    With regards,
