Possible to import Ratings/Review schema from other plugins

    I am using another review schema plugin, but it’s being discontinued. Is it possible to import those review settings into this plugin?

    What the current plugin does is allow the post author (the reviewer) to set a star rating, and visitors can leave their own star rating, which is aggregated. From what I’m seeing in the screen shots, it’s not clear that the author/editor can do review ratings, is that correct?

    And do folks leaving comments have the option of choosing to comment without a rating?

    WPSSO RAR stores the rating value in the comment meta, like WooCommerce and many other plugins which allow for ratings as part of a comment / review. A star rating can be optional or not – depends on the settings you choose. ??

    As for importing, so long as the rating is saved in the ‘rating’ comment meta (aka the meta_key) then there’s nothing to do, otherwise, you may have to rename / move meta values yourself using SQL etc.
