Possible to have Y axis with labels instead of numbers?

Hi,
First, really nice plugin
I am wondering if it is possible to set up a chart so that the X axis is made up of dates (figured that out) and the Y axis is labeled as None, Very Low, Low, Moderate, High, Very High as opposed to simply showing a number scale. The input on Google Sheets is numbers currently.
