Possible to have multiple layouts for posts?

    Hi,

    I’m using posts to showcase real estate listings, but I actually like to use it to blog, too. Problem is, I really changed the post layout (single.php) to work specifically for showcasing homes for sale, providing fields such as sqft, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Is there a way to have another layout specifically for posts/articles?
