possible to extend the media gallery search function to use media-tags?

Uploaded media and gave each their own tag, like ‘template, header, footer’ etc…

I noticed that when I am in the media manager that if I try to use the search media button, it does not recognize the media-tags as a sort option. Would be a nice addition.

Been waiting forever for wp to tackle the media gallery adding features such as folders. This plugin is a great start to media organization. Much appreciated.
