Possible to export content or groups?

Is it possible to export a listing, to Excel for example, of my content entries? I have a large number of quotes I want to input, and keeping track of duplications is difficult. Any suggestions?
I’m currently using a different Quotes plugin, but want to switch to yours if possible.
