  • Please contact me at : https://www.clogica.com/contact-us I will send you another version and see if it will solve the issue

I have the same issue in a different scenario – I use osTicket as a support system on my website (as a subdirectory of the main WordPress website), and SEO Redirection on the main seems to redirect some AJAX pages in osTicket, corrupting the ‘new ticket’ forms.

I suspect that if I could exclude the ‘/support’ directory from redirection I wouldn’t have a problem…but I’m not sure. Right now my only option is to disable the plugin entirely.

    Thanks

Ugh…I know better than to post on a closed incident…sorry about that. ??
