Possible to display Word Count?

    Howdy, I’ve just switched to Worth the Read instead of another plugin I was using. The other plugin also displayed the word count, and although it’s not a deal breaker or necessary, I’m just curious if it’s possible with custom css or something to also display the word count with your plugin? (since the plugin must be using that data anyway to figure out the reading time anyway?)

    Unfortunately as it stands now there is not a way to show the word count on the front-end. You’re right that it does take this into account when calculating the read time, so it would be possible to update the plugin to optionally display this on the front-end. I will add that to the list for a future update. Thanks for the suggestion!
