Possible to disable dynamic styles

I use a custom template and stylesheet.

Despite this, the dynamic styles for YARPP’s built-in thumbnails template: https://......./wp-content/plugins/yet-another-related-posts-plugin/styles-thumbnails.php?width=100&height=100&ver=4.0.6 is generated and loaded on every post. Is there a setting, filter, hook, or otherwise to disable this?

If not, I think that this is worth considering in future versions.
