Possible to customize body text color for 1 theme across multisite ?

    I’m wondering if its possible to customize the body text color and save it as a setting per user, like customizing background color/image for different users on a multisite installation, sharing the same theme.

    The reason is because my users love the fact that they can customize their background color and stuff, but upon using a dark background color, the default black text is screwed.

    Is there an easy solution for this ?
