Yes you can do that in your Download Manager->Settings->File Browser Access.

Hi Tauhidul. Thanks for swift reply. I have tried to put the File Browser access to Authors and Administrators, but it doesn’t seem to do anything. I get access to the /download/ page even when I am not logged in. Is there any other settings I have to adjust?

FYI: v4 here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/ has the option with settings page.

I have the same issue.

I configured Download Manager->Settings->File Browser Access to only allow certain users access. But I can still access the /download/ page even when not logged in.

I modified the functions.php as Shaon suggested, but anyone can still access the page. Do you have any other suggestions?
