Possible to choose 2nd image as thumbnail?

  • This plugin is great. My challenge is that I am pulling from a mailchimp RSS feed of email newsletters, and the plugin logically grabs the first image as a thumbnail. Unfortunately, the first image is always my logo. It isn’t terrible, but ideally it would grab the 2nd image it comes to which would be the next jpg or gif.

    Any way to make this happen?
