Possible to change default about page?

The title probably does’t make a lot of sense. But basically, as you know, when someone create a website, wordpress automatically creates an about page for the new website.

Is it possible to change this: Change the title etc.

I just want to be able to customize the items they are given at the start.

Also, is it possible to change the names of the menus in the admin panel on the right hand side.
For example, change Posts to Content?

Finally, is there any way to simplify the posting page. All of the people who will use my site will not use custom fields, tags etc and I want it so that it is simply a title, a post area and a publish button.
