Possible to Assign taxonomies to custom post types

    Hi,
    How is possible to Assign any taxonomies from a custom type to Media Library.
    for ex if I have custom types “bikes”
    and I want to assign bikes categories to the plugin, and that the custom type cat are in the category list in media library

    possible, how ?
    if not, any hook to put in the functions.php
    a feature for further version ?
