Possible to assign existing customer to affiliate?

    Hello YITH Community,

    do you know if there is an option to assign an existing customer to a new affiliate?
    I’m looking for something like an admin action, manually adding existing customers to affiliates who just signed up.

    You can assign an existing customer into an affiliate by using this option in YITH -> Affiliates -> Affiliates:

    maybe I didn’t express my problem correctly.

    I want to create an affiliate. After I created an affiliate, I want that he receives commission for an existing customer. This existing customer is NOT an affiliate and is signed up since 5 years already and has made purchases before.

    Is that possible in some way?

    No, unfortunately with the current version of the plugin is not possible to bind an affiliate to a user. We are really sorry.
